As a Marketing Campaign Manager, you'll be a key player in developing and executing integrated marketing strategies for business and consumer audiences. In this role, you'll collaborate closely with our other strategic managers and marketing director to bring your innovative ideas to life and make the most of various marketing channels. The ideal candidate is equal parts strategic marketer, organized project manager, and data-driven growth expert. Your attention to detail, creativity, and technology-forward mindset will help us succeed in both B2B and B2C marketing efforts.

While this role could be remote, we prefer candidates local to the Plano, TX area who are open to a hybrid work environment and can work from the office up to 1-2 days per week, if needed. To qualify for employee positions, candidates must be legal residents of one of the following states: AR, AZ, FL, IN, IA, MI, NC, NE, OH, TN, TX.

Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Marketing Support: Collaborate with our marketing director to develop and execute integrated marketing strategies. Present innovative ideas and maximize the usage of marketing channels to drive business growth.
  • B2B Campaign Strategy & Execution: Plan, develop, execute and/or support integrated B2B marketing campaigns across digital, email, paid media, content, and events. Translate marketing and business objectives into campaign strategies, timelines, and deliverables. Coordinate cross-channel execution including email marketing, social media, paid campaigns, landing pages, and content. Manage campaign performance from planning through launch, optimization, and reporting.
  • Event Coordination: Plan, organize, and execute in-person and virtual events that align with marketing and business objectives. Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure seamless event execution. Collect content at events to support marketing efforts and enhance brand visibility.
  • SEO, AEO, and AI Search Strategy Development: Lead SEO strategy and implementation to improve organic visibility and lead generation. Assist with content and campaign development to optimize for AEO (Answer Engine Optimization) to improve discoverability in AI-driven search and answer platforms. Conduct keyword research, search intent analysis, and technical SEO collaboration. Monitor organic performance and recommend ongoing improvements.
  • Project Management: Stay highly organized and manage projects or tasks to ensure campaigns stay on schedule and within scope. Coordinate with internal teams (strategic managers, design, sales) and external vendors. Maintain campaign calendars, documentation, and project plans.
  • Marketing Technology & Automation: Utilize marketing automation platforms to manage campaign workflows, lead nurturing, and segmentation. Evaluate and recommend tools that improve campaign efficiency and measurement.
  • Paid Campaigns Support: Assist strategic managers in developing paid and organic campaigns, including keyword and asset management. Assist in tracking and monitoring campaign performance, when needed, as well as the performance of any related SEO, AEO, and AI search efforts.
  • B2C Marketing/Recruiting Support: Collaborate with strategic marketing manager and internal teams, when needed, to support recruitment marketing and content requests for our PRO (agent) community.

Requirements:

  • Must be a US citizen or permanent resident to be considered for full-time employment.
  • 2-3 years of experience developing and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns, preferably for B2B audiences.
  • Expertise in SEO and experience with AEO and AI Search strategies, with a strong knowledge of related best practices, including keyword strategy, AI search optimization and organic growth tactics. Willingness to continue learning and to stay on top of related trends and updates.
  • SEMrush, AHRefs, Otterly.ai or similar SEO and AI search-related tool experience.
  • Event coordination experience, including planning, organizing, and executing events.
  • Content Creation, including content calendar management, copy, and asset development.
  • Creativity, adaptability, flexibility, and attention to detail.
  • Positive attitude and a natural inclination to learn new tools, strategies, and technologies to enhance job performance.
  • Works collaboratively with others.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage light project management tasks.
