While this role could be remote, we prefer candidates local to the Plano, TX area who are open to a hybrid work environment and can work from the office 1-2 days per week.

Responsibilities:
- Strategic Marketing Support: Collaborate with strategic managers to develop and execute integrated marketing strategies. Present innovative ideas and maximize the usage of marketing channels to drive business growth.
- Content Strategy: Assist in developing content strategies aligned with our B2B and B2C business goals. Ensure that content priorities and requests are in line with our overall marketing objectives.
- B2B Marketing: This includes Landing Page Optimization, ABM Strategy Support, and Event Coordination.
- Event Coordination: Plan, organize, and execute events that align with marketing and business objectives. Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure seamless event execution. Collect content at events to support marketing efforts and enhance brand visibility.
- Results Reporting: Utilize data in both B2B and B2C marketing to ensure effectiveness and collect data for key performance indicators.
- B2C Marketing/Recruiting: Collaborate with strategic managers and internal teams to fulfill content requests for our PRO community.
- SEO, AEO, and AI Search Strategy Development & Best Practices: Contribute to the development of strategies by presenting best practices and solutions. Optimize our B2B and B2A websites to drive organic traffic and revenue, while leveraging advancements in AI search and AEO (Answer Engine Optimization). Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, content optimization, and SEO/AEO audits.
- Paid Campaigns Management: Assist strategic managers in managing paid and organic campaigns, including keyword and asset management. Track and monitor campaign performance as well as the performance of SEO, AEO, and AI search efforts.
- Social Media Strategy, Content Creation, and Local Event Coverage: Contribute to the development of social media strategies by presenting innovative ideas. Maximize the use of social media channels to engage with our B2B and B2A audience. Write captivating copy, develop engaging assets, and coordinate the distribution of content. Collect content at local events to further our creation process.
- Light Project Management: Stay highly organized and manage small projects or tasks to ensure timely delivery and alignment with marketing goals.
- Must be a US citizen or permanent resident to be considered for full-time employment.
- 2-3 years of relevant work experience.
- Expertise in SEO, AEO, and AI Search strategies.
- Content Creation, including content calendar management, copy, and asset development.
- Creativity, adaptability, flexibility, and attention to detail.
- Positive attitude and a natural inclination to learn new tools, strategies, and technologies to enhance job performance.
- Works collaboratively with others.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage light project management tasks.
- Event coordination experience, including planning, organizing, and executing events.
- HubSpot experience.
- SEMrush, Ahrefs, Otterly.ai or similar SEO and AI search-related tool experience.
- Sales Navigator experience.
- 6Sense or similar intent software experience.
- Zoominfo experience.
- Canva experience.
- Monday.com experience.
